{Review} Dirty Thoughts by Megan Erickson

About DIRTY THOUGHTS

Some things are sexier the second time around
Cal Payton has gruff and grumbly down to an art...all the better for keeping people away. And it usually works. Until Jenna Macmillan—his biggest mistake—walks into Payton and Sons mechanic shop all grown up, looking like sunshine, and inspiring more than a few dirty thoughts.

Jenna was sure she was long over the boy she'd once loved with reckless abandon, but one look at the steel-eyed Cal Payton has her falling apart all over again. Ten years may have passed, but the pull is stronger than ever...and this Cal is all man.

Cal may have no intention of letting Jenna in, but she's always been his light, and it's getting harder to stay all alone in the dark. When a surprise from the past changes everything, Cal and Jenna must decide if their connection should be left alone, or if it's exactly what they need for the future of their dreams.

SQUEEEE!!!

This book was sexy, angsty, passionate, loving... Everything you want to feel is there in black and white, just waiting to be devoured.

Kind of how you imagine being devoured by Cal... mmmmm...

I thought with the title of this book, I was going to get a little smut book with a ton of porn and not enough dialogue to really matter to me. Not that that kind of book isn't good to read from time to time, but it is nice to read dialogue instead of porn. This book was actually so much more than the title suggests and it was full of characters that had you laughing until you cried, getting squirmy in your seat and having your heart fill with so much love from every direction that you could burst.

Even when I wanted to smack Cal upside his head for being a stubborn asshole, I still wanted to also bang him up against the garage door...

It was very back and forth...

I liked Jenna, she wasn't one to be fucked with and she was very strong in order to put up with Cal's back and forth shit. She knew he had issues harbored from his past but she didn't let that deter her from getting what she wanted and she wanted Cal. She always loved him and you could feel her love for him throughout the pages. Especially when Cal needed her help and she did it without much hesitation..

The banter between the brothers were comical and had me laughing my ass off! I wasn't sure which brother I was more in love with and I CANNOT wait for Brent's story!!

Overall, if you want a feely type, second chance romance then you need to pick this book up ASAP!!
